Walkable in 1 hour. Vehicles should stay off for 2–4 hours minimum, ideally 24 hours. We confirm cure time at job completion based on weather conditions.
How often should I seal my driveway?
Every 2–3 years for Georgian Bay properties. The harsh freeze-thaw winters here accelerate asphalt degradation more than in Southern Ontario. Regular sealing is the best way to extend your driveway’s life.
What happens if it rains after sealing?
We monitor forecasts and will not seal if rain is expected within 24 hours. If unexpected rain falls after application, we re-apply at no extra charge if needed — that’s our guarantee.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes — commercial lots are a core part of our business. Two-coat slurry seal, full barricading, and lots typically reopen within 24–48 hours. We work around your business hours.
Is the sealer safe for pets and children?

What should I do to prepare?
